By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the ByteLogs platform and services. These Terms govern your use of ByteLogs, Inc. ("ByteLogs," "we," "us," or "our") websites, mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.

We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. It's important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ByteLogs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the Services as provided by ByteLogs, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services; (b) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Services to any third party; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services; or (d) use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription Services"). For Subscription Services, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription Service.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or ByteLogs cancels it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or other payment methods we support. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by ByteLogs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

ByteLogs respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the Services infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Services, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
